“We absolutely enjoyed our stay in east Hampton. The house is in a great location. 2 minute walk to bagels, coffee & restaurants and 15 mins walk to town. The house is amazing and exactly what you need. The pool is a standout!”

“We had a wonderful 6 week stay at Boerum Place! Miranda and Matthew are attentive hosts who wanted to make sure everything was perfect for us. Their home was spotless (and I'm super particular) and upon check-in they had food/drinks for us despite telling them we didn't need anything (especially given our dietary preferences which Miranda went above and beyond). Their kitchen is fully equipped for any level chef plus tons of space for a NYC apartment. So many great restaurants and food markets that we didn't cook that often but it was really nice to have the space. They have thought of everything to make sure their guests feel at home- which we did! We hated to leave. Not only is the apartment fabulous but the area was great- so convenient with multiple subway stations to get anywhere one wants to visit. Plus, great shops and restaurants right outside the building and miles of walking esp to the Brooklyn Promenade and Piers each day. I hope we are lucky enough to come back in the future! He ensured we arrived safely, helping us with all of our luggage into the apartment, and kept in touch throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. PLUS, when he found out it was my birthday weekend, he even stopped by to leave a gift! We loved his attention to detail and the way he went above and beyond for us. The apartment itself is lovely, bright, and cozy, a true haven after a busy workday. We loved the location; it was tucked away from the chaos but still incredibly close to all the areas we wanted to visit. We would stay here again without a doubt. Thank you, Sam!”
