He ensured we arrived safely, helping us with all of our luggage into the apartment, and kept in touch throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. PLUS, when he found out it was my birthday weekend, he even stopped by to leave a gift! We loved his attention to detail and the way he went above and beyond for us. The apartment itself is lovely, bright, and cozy, a true haven after a busy workday. We loved the location; it was tucked away from the chaos but still incredibly close to all the areas we wanted to visit. We would stay here again without a doubt. Thank you, Sam!”

What really stood out were the hosts: they worked with us on an early check-in and gave us local recommendations that we really enjoyed. Would absolutely return!”

“The property manager was very responsive, great job. The apartment is spacious and stocked with everything you will need for a month or longer stay. Of course the view is amazing. The elevator noises inside the unit were a little annoying at first, I purchased a fan to use for sleeping and was able to rest fine. I hope to stay here again, was very satisfied with my stay. ”

“We absolutely enjoyed our 3 nights at this beautiful home! It was better than we expected. It was the perfect location for relaxing for our Mini Honeymoon after a busy week. The house is unique with high ceilings and beautiful structuring. It was open and airy and the view is absolutely stunning. We read and hung out on the porch often and was able to see so much nature and activity in the distance including fish jumping, a bald eagle on 3 occasions, osprey diving for fish, boats, canoes and snapping turtles. The bedroom has such good energy and I loved waking up to the natural light (I do wear eye covers every night even at home, so these were essential to sleeping in a little. Love that he offers them free as well.) The porch, kitchen and especially bathrooms were our favorite part! And the hidden room, loft was fun for us to find even if we didn't use it. We plan on going back for sure! Also, the town of Kingston is GREAT!! Nick was helpful and responsive!!! THANK YOU Nick!”

“We had a wonderful 6 week stay at Boerum Place! Miranda and Matthew are attentive hosts who wanted to make sure everything was perfect for us. Their home was spotless (and I'm super particular) and upon check-in they had food/drinks for us despite telling them we didn't need anything (especially given our dietary preferences which Miranda went above and beyond). Their kitchen is fully equipped for any level chef plus tons of space for a NYC apartment. So many great restaurants and food markets that we didn't cook that often but it was really nice to have the space. They have thought of everything to make sure their guests feel at home- which we did! We hated to leave. Not only is the apartment fabulous but the area was great- so convenient with multiple subway stations to get anywhere one wants to visit. Plus, great shops and restaurants right outside the building and miles of walking esp to the Brooklyn Promenade and Piers each day. I hope we are lucky enough to come back in the future!
