The flat was as described and spacious (by NYC standards), with lots of natural light and all over well kept and the outside space (a terrace and a balcony) was incredible. We had a small issue during our stay and Rover did their best to resolve it as quickly as possible and always in a very professional manner. They are extremely responsive and we felt well looked after during the entire stay. The only thing that was a bit difficult in April was that the heating is central and could not be switched off. I guess better than being cold! We would not hesitate to stay again!
